Mental Wellness Days

Cole and I decided that it would be very beneficial for us to take some time off from work for “Mental Wellness.” Gracie started us off the night before by taking advantage of the newly remodeled sunroom.

   Cole and I went out on the canoe this morning before it got too hot. He ended up catching two fish right off the bat!

Haley and I took Grace to a river to expend some of her energy.

She really likes to dive into the water and fish. Cole seems to have gotten her into the fishing mode from a very young age.

It then decided to thunderstorm!!! We experienced a huge down pouring of rain with absolutely no warning. This lasted about 15 minutes…just long enough for Haley and I to wash my car. :)

Can’t wait to post all the pictures we plan on taking from Shasta!
