I made this once before, and also had my mom make it because it is incredible! First step is to grill the chicken, which I do a special way so it has it's own flavor. When that's all done, you let it cool and saute onions in the fat and runoff. Along with some olives, artichoke hearts and whatever else you want, you put alfredo sauce on the crust, then the ingredients, seasoning and cheese...YUMMMM

This is just a normal fried steak that I got my dads input on, good...but it was my first time making it, so I didn't experiment as much as I should have

Wow...let me just say...wow. This was better than you will get in any restaurant! It has to be higher fat meat, mixed with tabasco and other seasoning, onions sauteed in brown sugar, then blue cheese melted on top of it all...wow.

This is the new favorite of Cole's. I must say, it was pretty incredible too. Bacon, chicken cooked in bacon runoff and seasoned to perfection, then melted cheese on top. Cheddar for Cole, mozzarella for me. Very, very good...Gracie loved the leftover bacon too.

So with all these new dishes you are creating I guess we don't need to bring down any steaks for next weekend - Correct?
:) Well, I don't think my culinary skills will EVER reach the status of being good at cooking steak, so you will probably have to cook them whenever you come, just so I can keep up with my beef intake :)
